Perfumed, violet crushed in a granite pestle (floral and stone) with a light sois-oxen that diverts us to Burgundy. Fresh red fruits pulsate on the palate along with tannins that only shape the wine and do not dry it out. Full-bodied, dry, savory.
Mee Godard is a rising star in France and the world, and within a few years she has already been awarded star of the year by the renowned French magazine "Revue des Vins de France".
Wine:
“Vinification is classic: whole bunches are retained for the most part and maceration lasts several weeks, with pump-overs and punch-downs adapted from vintage to vintage. Maturation continues in concrete, foudre, demi-muids and barrels, depending on the cuvée. The resulting wines are pure, elegantly structured and traditionally styled, with substance to age but also considerable early charm.” William Kelley, Robertparker.com
