The mention of minerality and salinity has become almost banal in the world of wine. However, in this house in Chablis, the concepts are revitalized, energized and enhanced to their maximum expression through the intellectual interpretation of the new generation of brothers at the head of domaine Roland Lavantureux. Among the many secrets that define its success, the property's old vines stand out for their amazing ability to transform the challenges of recent warmer years into freshness and liquid terroir.

0.95 ha of 1982 vines on a 50% slope in one of the rockiest places in the region. Cold terroir in the west of Chablis, exposed to the east. Aged for 14 months combined in barrels and 50/50% stainless steel.
