In all of Rioja, a region brimming with history and tradition, only 16 century-old wineries still exist, and Gómez Cruzado is one of them, with its roots in 1886, the year of its foundation. The classic bodega Gómez Cruzado is located in the heart of Haro, and among the biggest traditional names in the region, it stands out for its significantly smaller size. The extra care of an artisanal winery is carried out daily to keep its tradition of more than 130 years pulsating in the winery's veins.
Wine:
Tempranillo 85% and Graciano 5% from vines over 30 years old, located in Sierra Cantabria and around the lower course of the Najerilla River. Garnacha 10% from old vines in potted trained vines in the village of Badarán. Aged for 18 months in new two year old French oak barrels. Subsequent aging in bottle for two years.
