The secret lies in the high-altitude vineyards, one of them the highest in the region, all in organic mode, and in the most traditional vinification possible.

By Vigna Casanovina Montosoli. In 2015, Le Ragnaie acquired this parcel of vineyard from Motosoli just below the historic site of the Altesino estate. This Sangiovese is fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete before spending 3 years in 32 hl Slovenian oak vats.
