One of my favorite Barolos. Harmonious, complete and complex. They are not intended to represent modern or traditional style, they simply take into account the expression of terroir”. This is how Pedro Parra, the greatest terroirist in the world, defines the essence of Marco Marengo wines. Marco was a biochemist, but was asked by his father Mario to take over the tiny winery beneath the family home in La Morra, and a few plots in Barolo's finest crus. Everything is still handmade by Marco, his wife Jenny and their son Stefano, to the delight of hardcore barolistas. 

Wine:
Fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same container from October to May, after which it is bottled and placed on the market.
