Description
Les Vignes de Montigny is a distinctive cuvée that celebrates the authentic character of old vines from Montigny-sous-Châtillon in the Vallée de la Marne. The nearly 70-year-old Meunier brings depth and texture, while the Pinot Noir from the Côte des Blancs provides tension and structure.
Partial vinification in oak barrels lends creaminess and complexity without overshadowing the wine’s clarity. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve natural freshness and vibrant energy. After more than two years on the lees, this is a Champagne of rustic elegance and great aromatic expression.

Expressive nose with notes of raspberry, baked apple, brioche and subtle florals. The palate shows volume and precision, with firm acidity, fine mousse and a dry finish marked by saline and buttery nuances. An elegant and vivid expression of terroir and vine age.
