GUILHERME CORRÊA:

Brazilian living in Portugal for 5 years, he is wine director at Temple Wines. He trained as a sommelier at the “Associazione Italiana Sommeliers”, in the territorial section of Tuscany (2000). He was consecrated Brazilian champion of sommeliers in the two opportunities in which he competed in the event (2006 and 2009). He was also the best sommelier in all of Latin America in the “Mejor Sommelier de las Américas” of the Alianza Panamericana de Sommeliers (2009), in Argentina, and the “Best Sommelier” in Brazil by the magazine Meininger’s Wine Business International (2009). In London, he achieved the Diploma Certificate at the Wines and Spirit Education Trust (2013) and also qualified as a Certified Educator. Guilherme is still a member of the Tasting Panel of Revista de Vinhos (Portugal) and Revista GULA (Brazil), and is at the head as "régisseur" of the Domain of Açor winery in Dão.

IGOR BERON:

Brazilian in Portugal for 5 years, wine director and marketing at Temple Wines. He holds a Diploma from the Wines and Spirit Education Trust, in London, and a Master of Wine Business at the renowned University of Adelaide, in Australia, where he also worked in one of the most prestigious wineries in the country. He is part of the tasting panel of Revista de Vinhos and Gula magazine and is a permanent jury member of the annual TOP 10 Portuguese Wines-Revista de Vinhos competition. He is also a regular columnist for Revista de Vinhos and Gula magazine and a speaker at numerous lectures, commented tastings and masterclasses at the annual events Essência do Vinho-Porto and Encontro com Vinhos. After also studying at the French Wine Society (now the Wine Scholar Guild), he discovered his undying love for French wines, especially Burgundy, and visits the country every year and as often as possible.
