New micro-production project, rooted in 3.2 hectares farmed organically, with deep respect for terroir. After a decade of experience alongside Champagne master Vincent Laval, Bruno crafts energetic, pure wines, evoking the spirit of Jura’s most admired producers, like domaine Labet.

Grapes & Viticulture
100% Chardonnay from 50+ year old vines on poor limestone soils in Jura. Low-intervention farming, hand harvesting, focus on pure terroir expression. Biodiversity and natural vineyard balance are key elements of the project.

Aged 11 months in used oak barrels

Tasting Notes
Pale, pure and precise. Aromas of bright green apple, subtle almond, and hints of beeswax. On the palate: fine bubbles, delicate texture, mineral, tense and vibrant. A vinous style Crémant, far from overt brioche notes, more about texture, tension and gastronomic precision. Jura soul with Champagne finesse.
