Bruno Bienaimé Vin de France Savagnin 2023
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Description
A new project that epitomises the essence of micro-production of traditional wines from one of France’s most beautiful, unique and sought-after regions — the Jura. With 10 years of experience working alongside one of Champagne’s most passionate artisans, Vincent Laval, small-scale vigneron Bruno Bienaimé secured a tiny 3.2-hectare holding, cultivated organically with the utmost respect for terroir. He is now crafting wines of pure, vibrant energy, reminiscent of one of the region’s great inspirations — Domaine Labet.

Tasting Notes
Mineral, linear and bone dry. The palate is incisive, with a fluid texture and a striking saline profile. The limestone purity is unmistakable — an austere, aromatic white brimming with umami. A wine hewn from stone, both literally and poetically. It recalls the raw precision of great whites from Labet.
