Upon returning to Portugal after years of training and experience with some of the world's most prestigious producers, Anna Jørgensen — now leading Cortes de Cima — brought a fresh vision to the Alentejo. Her meticulous approach to viticulture and regenerative agriculture goes far beyond wine: this same philosophy of respect for the land and tradition is reflected in their olive oil.

This Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from traditional groves cultivated using organic and regenerative methods, with hand harvesting and careful handling at every stage. The result is an oil of pure character, vibrancy, and authenticity.
