Description
An artisanal sparkling Alvarinho from the prestigious Monção e Melgaço subregion of northern Portugal, the Cortinha Velha Velha Reserva 2018 is a rare and gastronomic expression of terroir. Crafted using the traditional method, this Extra Brut cuvée rests on the lees for over 36 months, offering remarkable finesse and complexity.
The mousse is delicate yet persistent, the bouquet unfolds with hints of brioche and citrus zest, and the palate is bone dry, textured and mineral. A gastronomic sparkling wine, full of precision, nerve, and elegance — born from one of the noblest expressions of Alvarinho.
