A highly appealing salmon-pink colour.
The nose reveals delicate aromas of dried rose petals, hay and wild strawberries.
On the palate, the fruit profile continues with flavours of strawberry and cherry, complemented by a subtle hint of vanilla.
A dry, balanced rosé with lively freshness and a clean, refreshing finish.
Perfect as an aperitif, for picnics or paired with Asian cuisine.

Gradil, Mafra — grapes sourced from three rolling hillside vineyards facing south and east.

Viticulture & Winemaking
Strict vineyard management throughout the growing season.
Hand-harvested into 20 kg crates.
Destemmed and given a short period of skin contact before the must was bled off, cold-settled for 24 hours (7 °C) and fermented in stainless steel at very low temperatures (12–14 °C).
Cold stabilisation, minimal filtration and minimal SO₂ correction at bottling.
