Ageing
Bottled after six months in stainless steel to preserve the full aromatic expression of Merlot and the natural freshness of the vineyard.
Tasting Notes
A delicate salmon-pink rosé with a distinctly gastronomic profile.
Subtle red-fruit aromas mingle with dried wildflowers and a gentle umami note.
The palate is dry, vibrant and lightly textured, with lively acidity and a saline edge that enhances versatility at the table.

Vineyard Location: Gradil, Mafra — a northwest-facing Merlot parcel of just fifteen rows (less than 0.25 ha).
Viticulture & Winemaking
Hand-harvested on 25 September into 20 kg crates, selecting only the vineyard’s freshest rows.
Grapes were destemmed and pressed directly.
The must was cold-settled at 12 °C for 12–18 hours and fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel at 12–14 °C.
Aged on fine lees until bottling, with cold stabilisation and minimal addition of SO₂.
