In the prestigious Cambeses area of Monção, the Covas cousins continue the tradition of generations in producing classic Vinho Verde wines, focused mainly on the great expression of the Alvarinho grape variety. The care and attention to detail of this small family business permeates every decision in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the impeccable presentation of its wines and sparkling wines. Production is extremely limited, approximately 15,000 bottles/year, defended with passion and knowledge by Sara and Pedro, and now by the pioneering team of terroir wines at Temple Wines!
Wine:
Two varieties complement each other harmoniously: Internship for 18 months in stainless steel, preserving the freshness and linearity of the wine, with occasional batonnage.
