The premier cru Mareuil-sur-Aÿ is renowned for producing some of Champagne’s most impressive and lively wines, such as Clos des Goisses from Philipponnat. From M. Hébrart's favorite plots in Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ 1er Cru. 75% Pinot Noir and the rest Chardonnay. Production in stainless steel and aged for 40 months on the lees.
