Under the supervision of Romain Taupenot, representative of the seventh generation, the family's sovereign vineyard plots have followed organic principles since 2001, and the wines respect the transparency of their terroirs without any influence of new wood or any artifice that might deviate them from their firm, vibrant and pure fruit essence. Absolute quality is achieved through Romain's "terroirist" and respectful approach to his small domaine located in Morey-Saint-Denis.
