Under the supervision of Romain Taupenot, representative of the seventh generation, the family's sovereign vineyard plots have followed organic principles since 2001, and the wines respect the transparency of their terroirs without the influence of new wood or any other artifice that can deviate them from its firm, vibrant and pure fruit essence. Absolute quality is achieved through Romain's "terroirist" and respectful approach to his small domaine located in Morey-Saint-Denis.
