Wine:
Plot planted in 1980, in Barzy-sur-Marne within the Vallée de la Marne, which benefits from excellent exposure to the south, on a very steep 40% hill. Limestone mother rock with very little soil above, between 10 and 40 cm and composed of marl and silt.
Meunier without chaptalization, natural alcoholic fermentation using indigenous yeasts, natural malolactic fermentation, without filtration or collage, regular movement to the rhythm of the lunar calendar. Base wine ages for 10 months in barrels. Bottled in 2019 on a fruit day. Total SO2 of 37 mg/l and zero dosage. Only 1200 made bottles and 30 magnums.
