Étienne Calsac Les Revenants

This micro domaine has its roots in Avize, on the Côte des Blancs, the mecca for finesse champagnes, and it is where the young Étienne Calsac organically works the vineyards inherited from his grandparents. In addition to exalting different terroirs, he practices very long periods "sur lie", plows his land with horses, and also surprises with a special rarity called 'Les Revenants', made with the "abandoned grape varieties": Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier and Arbane . Étienne quickly gained a place on the best charts and his champagnes sell out as quickly as they empty after being opened. 

The cuvée Les Revenants is limited to 1 bottle per customer.
