Description
Les Terroirs 2016 expresses the character of two great terroirs: Chardonnay from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Pinot Noir from Montigny-sous-Châtillon. Vinified in oak barrels with 10 months of aging on fine lees, this Champagne is crafted true to the domaine’s philosophy of no malolactic fermentation, which enhances freshness, tension and vibrancy.
The extended 4-year aging sur lie in bottle brings depth and complexity, while a dosage of 5 g/l ensures a perfect balance of elegance and purity.

Tasting notes
Complex aromas of ripe pear, lemon peel, toasted brioche and almond. The palate combines depth and energy, with firm acidity, creamy mousse and a dry, mineral finish. A precise, characterful and engaging Champagne.
