Description
Damijan Ribolla Gialla 2019 is an evocative, skin-contact white wine from the heart of Friuli’s Ponca (Opoka) terroir — a stony mix of marl and sandstone that lends structure and salinity to this compelling grape.
The wine opens with discreet aromas of dried herbs, wildflowers and young peach, building gradually in the glass. On the palate, it bursts with texture: dry fruits, finely woven tannins, firm acidity and a resonant mineral finish that lingers and evolves. Damijan’s Ribolla is not just to be tasted — it is meant to be felt. A wine of touch, presence and emotion.
