Fortunately, to taste the authentic, organic, and original flavour of Prosecco, one can still open a bottle from Gregoletto β€” a family that has been cultivating vineyards here since 1600, crafting sparkling wines according to ancient traditions passed down through generations.

Wine
The Extra Dry is Gregoletto’s most classic and traditional Prosecco style, with a residual sugar content up to 20 g/L.

It perfectly represents the category β€” a version that highlights varietal character and elegance, enhanced by fine bubbles. Grapes are sourced from mid- to high-altitude hillside vineyards, where slower ripening develops greater aromatic complexity and natural acidity.

Bright straw yellow colour with fine and persistent perlage. On the nose: fresh and intense aromas of apple and pear, citrus nuances, and a delicate floral touch. The palate is soft yet balanced, with well-integrated acidity giving vibrancy and elegance.
