Description

Champ Viole is a rare single-parcel Blanc de Blancs from a historic slope once cultivated by Cistercian monks for its ideal exposure and soil composition. Crafted by the visionary Aurélien Gerbais, this pure Chardonnay comes from Kimmeridgian marl and limestone, bringing clarity and mineral tension to the forefront.

On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of lime blossom, green apple, crushed chalk and fresh almonds. The palate is defined by precision, salinity, and bright linearity, offering a Champagne of vertical energy and sculpted finesse. This is Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar at its most refined and expressive.
