Chevreux-Bournazel La Parcelle Millésime 2016

Micro-production of extremely mineral, firm and highly expressive Champagnes from the best terroirs of the Vallée de la Marne. The couple Stéphanie and Julien bring more than 20 years of expertise in Champagne vineyards, acquired while providing specialist consultancy in organic and biodynamic viticulture, and they use it wisely to communicate their terroirs through totally exciting Champagnes, full of “drama factor”. Everything is handmade and made with heart!

Wine:
A very special Millesime that contains only the old Meunier vines from the La Parcelle estate. A measly 200-liter barrel of Champenoise was produced, of which only 290  units were bottled in this 2016 vintage, which is released after almost 5 years of aging in the bottle on the lees.
