Cuvée was made 100% without the use of stems, handling the hat with the feet daily. Élevage in new barrels (70%) for 12 months. Only made in the finest vintages. Handpicked Pinot from the 6 vines of Alexandrine, 'millerandées' grapes that contain a higher ratio of skin to juice and result in a wine of extraordinary concentration, without weight. 

Alexandrine Roy brought a new shine to her tiny family domaine in 2003, when she took over the entire production path, from the vine to the wine, and with her perfectionist ambition dramatically raised the already existing quality. Of stunning weightless concentration, intrinsically derived from superlative old vines over 100 years old from the best terroirs of Gevrey-Chambertin, Alexandrine wines strike at first contact due to their fluid integration between the masculine and feminine sides, reverberating in their infinite and complex mouth length.
