Wine:
Vauprin is one of the highest terroirs in the region, on an extremely steep hill and soils from the Barremian, a period younger than the Kimeridian, with marine fossils. Stage in 50% in barrels from 2 to 5 years and 50% in stainless steel.
A Chablis with a drama factor, a “wow” at every sip. Brothers Arnaud and David isolated the Vauprin portion of their starter Chablis for the strong character and personality of this incredible cuvée. It is one of the highest terroirs in the region, on an extremely steep hill and soils from the Barremian, a younger period than the Kimeridian, but with the same amount of marine fossils.
