In the prestigious Cambeses area of ​​Monção, the Covas cousins ​​continue the tradition of generations in producing classic Vinho Verde wines, focused mainly on the great expression of the Alvarinho grape variety. The care and attention to detail of this small family business permeates every decision in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the impeccable presentation of its wines and sparkling wines. Wine:
Fermentation in bottle with a very long aging of 24 months with manual remouage followed by disgorgement and a new aging of at least 3 months. Extra brut.

One of the best sparkling wines from Vinho Verde and one of the best in Portugal! It is dry on the palate, with a firm and serious attack, but tamed by its perfectly textured bubbles. There is very little breadiness and a lot of mineral tension that carries pure wet stone into the long and pleasant finish. Spectacular to start any meal and accompany first courses.
