In the prestigious area of ​​Cambeses, in Monção, the Covas cousins ​​carry forward the tradition of generations in the elaboration of classic Vinho Verde wines, focused above all on the great expression of the Alvarinho variety. The whim and attention to detail of this small family business permeates every decision in the vineyard, in the cellar and in the impeccable presentation of its wines and sparkling wines. Production is extremely limited, approximately 15,000 bottles/year, defended with passion and knowledge by Sara and Pedro, and now by Temple Wines' pioneering team of terroir wines!

Vinhão, a typical variety of Vinho Verde and Douro (Sousão) made in a very refined way, aged in second-use French oak barrels for 16 months, and intellectual extraction that makes the very fine and tamed Vinhão tannins.
