Tasting Profile
The name “Terres d’Encre” (“Lands of Ink”) reflects the deep expression of this pure Syrah Saint-Joseph: dark colour, ripe black fruits, graphite and subtle spices.
On the palate, the wine is enveloping, with silky structure, ripe tannins and a long finish revealing the mineral freshness of granite.
A precise expression of the Northern Rhône, balancing depth and tension with finesse.
