The cuvée was made 100% without the use of stems, with the cap being handled daily with the feet. Aged in new barrels (70%) for 12 months. Only made from the best harvests. Pinot handpicked from the 6 Alexandrine vineyards, 'millerandées' grapes that contain a higher proportion of skin to juice and result in a wine of extraordinary concentration, without weight.

Alexandrine Roy brought a new sparkle to her tiny family domaine in 2003, when she took over the entire production process, from the vineyard to the wine, and with her perfectionist ambition she dramatically raised the existing quality. With stunning, weightless concentration, intrinsically sourced from the superlative old vines over 100 years old in the best terroirs of Gevrey-Chambertin, Alexandrine’s wines impress at first sight with their fluid integration of masculine and feminine sides, reverberating in their infinite and complex length on the palate.
