Description
Prosecco is the worldβs best-selling sparkling wine β three times more than Champagne β an undeniable triumph. But with such commercial success, industrial production diluted the finesse of the original sparkling wine from the hills of Valdobbiadene.
Fortunately, one can still taste the authentic, organic, original flavour of Prosecco through Gregoletto β a family who has cultivated these dreamlike vineyards in northern Veneto since 1600, crafting sparkling wines according to ancient traditions passed down through generations.

Wine
The Brut style represents the most modern expression of Prosecco, with just 7 g/L residual sugar.
Grapes come from Gregolettoβs freshest hillside plots, where slow, gradual ripening preserves bright aromatics and natural acidity.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats using only native yeasts. The second fermentation occurs in pressurised tanks using the Martinotti method (later developed into the Charmat method), with the wine bottled under the same pressure to preserve its elegance and sparkle.
Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers fresh, appealing aromas of apple and pear, citrus notes, and subtle floral hints. On the palate: dry, balanced, savoury, with delicate persistence.
