The secret lies in the high-altitude vineyards, one of which is the highest in the region, all organically grown, and the most traditional winemaking possible.

From Vigna Casanovina Montosoli. In 2015, Le Ragnaie acquired this parcel of the Motosoli vineyard just below the historic Altesino estate site. This Sangiovese is fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete before spending 3 years in 32 hl Slovenian oak vats.
