Extended ageing for 32 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, giving the blend structure, depth and layered complexity.
Tasting Notes
Deep ruby colour.
The nose unfolds in layers of forest berries, wild strawberry and ripe cherry, intertwined with subtle notes of caramel, wet earth and dried spices.
The palate is silky and fresh, with fine, well-integrated tannins.
It finishes elegant, persistent and beautifully balanced, combining concentration with finesse.

Viticulture & Winemaking
Hand-harvested in 20 kg crates.
After destemming and gentle crushing, grapes are transferred via conveyor into stainless-steel fermenters.
Fermentation is preceded by a cold soak and followed by an extended post-fermentation maceration, with gentle pump-overs.
Aged 32 months in barrel before bottling.
