Quinta de Sant’Ana Tinto 2022

Certified Organic · Vinho Regional de Lisboa

Overview

Vibrant and gastronomic, Quinta de Sant’Ana’s Tinto 2022 is a blend of Aragonês, Merlot and Touriga Nacional, sourced from two contrasting parcels:
• one with poor soils and high sun exposure
• another with deeper, cooler soils

Together, they form a pure expression of Gradil’s Atlantic terroir.

Ageing

Aged for 10 months:
30% in stainless steel
70% in used French oak barrels

Tasting Notes

A fresh, lifted red with aromas of wild berries, eucalyptus and mint, enriched by the floral elegance of Touriga Nacional.
On the palate, it is juicy and medium-bodied, with fine tannins and vibrant acidity.
An elegant, versatile wine with effortless drinkability.

Viticulture & Winemaking

Hand-harvested in 20 kg crates.
Grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and transferred via conveyor to traditional stone lagares, where fermentation took place over 12 days with classic foot treading.
A minimal-intervention approach that preserves fruit integrity and authenticity.
