Viticulture & Terroir

The grapes for Aventura Branco 2023 come from old vineyards in the Serra de São Mamede, planted on the region’s poor granite soils in the Alto Alentejo. These vineyards sit at around 650 metres of altitude, an area marked by cool nights and slow ripening — conditions that help preserve natural acidity and develop remarkable aromatic complexity.

Viticulture is sustainable and entirely manual, respecting the diversity of mixed plantings that include Arinto, Roupeiro and other traditional white varieties of the Alentejo.

Tasting Notes

Pale, bright citrus colour. The nose is expressive and fresh, showing green apple, lime and white flowers over a granitic mineral backbone. On the palate, it stands out for its tension and freshness, with a creamy texture and a dry, long and vibrant finish. A gastronomic white with precision and character.

Suggested Pairings

Ideal with ceviche, shellfish, grilled fish, summer salads and vegetarian dishes featuring roasted vegetables or fresh cheese.
