Yann Durieux quickly achieved legendary natural vigneron status and is now one of the most respected leaders in cult wines from the new Burgundy, with his small domaine Recrue des Sens. He is neighboured by the Domaine de la Romanée-Conti in Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, and works vineyards in magical lands. He creates wines that exude energy and perfume, combining the best of the natural world with the most sacred things that can be found in the great names. He is a winemaker and has mastered the art during his long experience at Prieuré Roch, caring for the iconic grand cru Chambertin-Clos de Bèze. 100% Aligoté from vines nearly 50 years old in the Hautes Cotes de Nuits, with a brief period of skin contact. Made entirely in stainless steel tanks, with no additions or subtractions.
