Mestiço Maduro 2021 (Ljubomir Stanisic + Luis Pedro + Dirk Nieeport)

More than a chronological stage, a characteristic. Vital plenitude, coherence, assertiveness. A roundness that mixes up all geometries. A fullness that never overflows. Winemaking

A rainy winter, followed by a mild spring, allowed the vines to develop well, ending with a very cool June, which delayed vegetative development. The harvest began in the first weeks of August in the warmest areas and ended in the highest elevations at the end of September. After a selection in the vineyard, a second selection was made on the sorting table. Aged for 1 year in cement vats. Vinification was carried out in stainless steel conical vats. The wine aged for 22 months in French oak barrels.
