Origin & Philosophy
Crafted from an exceptional centenarian vineyard planted at high altitude in the Serra de São Mamede, this wine represents one of the purest expressions of Susana Esteban’s commitment to terroir identity. The vineyard — a field blend of traditional varieties and sustainably farmed — provides fruit that combines natural freshness, aromatic complexity and ageing potential.
Ageing for 12 months in used French oak barrels was deliberately chosen to preserve elegance and fruit purity, keeping the vineyard’s signature fully intact.
