A. Margaine Le Brut Champagne NV
Villers-Marmery | Montagne de Reims | Champagne, France
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
Producer & Origin
Since 1796, the Margaine family has cultivated the vineyards of Villers-Marmery, a unique terroir at the heart of the Montagne de Reims. In a region dominated by Pinot Noir, the exposure of these slopes — and their chalky soil profile — allows Chardonnay to shine with finesse, vinosity, and singular expression.
In recent years, viticulture here has advanced tremendously: the family’s 10 hectares are now organically farmed, with meticulous soil work adapted to each plot. The vines are of advanced age, adding depth and character.
