AMA 405 — White Tips Tea

White Tea Pétillant Naturel — Naturally Fermented

Introduction

AMA 405 White Tips Tea is a naturally fermented beverage made from organic white tea sourced from the remote Qingshan Peninsula in Hunan Province, China. Crafted using ancestral techniques inspired by the pétillant naturel method, it combines purity of origin with modern sophistication. Produced with sustainably grown tea and pure spring water from the Basque Pyrenees, it is a radically different proposition — elegant, effervescent, and unmistakably gastronomic.

This is a product that redefines what it means to celebrate and to drink well, ideal as an aperitif or alongside delicate dishes. Served between 9 and 11 °C in a white wine glass, it reveals its full character.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive and complex, showing pear, papaya, violet, bubblegum, and gentle notes of white tea. On the palate, it is floral with hints of candied fruit, supported by vibrant, refreshing acidity. The finish is dry, long, and elegant.

Tea Origin

A true agricultural community with strong environmental and social commitment.
