Tasting Profile
Le Pied de Samson shows Viognier in its most authentic form: expressive, fresh and gourmand.
The nose reveals vibrant notes of white and yellow fruit, delicate flowers and fresh herbs.
On the palate, the texture is rounded yet tense and balanced, where the granitic minerality merges with the freshness of altitude. A wine combining immediate pleasure with authenticity and a strong sense of place.
