Description

The Marie-Cécile 2022 is a dry and radically natural white wine, crafted exclusively from Sémillon. Fermented and aged in used barrels, the wine undergoes a process of dynamisation respecting lunar cycles, with absolutely no addition of sulfur dioxide.

Its colour may vary from bright gold to amber, depending on the vintage. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of ripe pear and exotic flowers. The palate is soft on the attack, followed by a firm, linear texture and a long, delicately mineral finish.

A pure, vivid, and engaging white — a true archetype of natural wine. Best enjoyed young, especially with fish, seafood, or intensely flavoured cheeses.
