Producer

The Premier Cru Mareuil-sur-Aÿ carries the prestige of producing some of Champagne’s most imposing and vivid wines — such as Clos des Goisses from Philipponnat. On these steep hills, Jean-Paul Hébrart crafts an intimate expression of the region: creamy, fruit-rich Champagnes rooted in the area’s distinctive mineral power and verve. The dynamic and generous style of this brilliant vigneron is sure to win over every Champagne lover — whether novice or seasoned connoisseur.

Description

Marc Hébrart Rosé Brut is a precise, vibrant expression of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ tradition. Made from Chardonnay (2021) and Pinot Noir (2019 & 2020) — including 6% vin rouge aged in barrel — this blend brings both structure and colour.

The base wines ferment and age in stainless steel, with complete malolactic fermentation. The cuvée then rests 24 months on fine lees, developing creaminess, tension and fine bead integration.

With a dosage of 6.5 g/L, the wine is dry and beautifully balanced — offering notes of fresh red berries, candied citrus and subtle sweet spice. A fine mousse supports a clean, elegant palate with a long, mineral finish.
