100% Malvasia Fina planted in the 80s. The grapes were completely destemmed and the berries lightly crushed, followed by cold maceration in a cement tank. After three days, spontaneous fermentation began. The must remained in contact with the skins for a further four days of fermentation.
After pressing, fermentation continued in stainless steel and barrels. Malolactic fermentation was successfully completed.
The wine is currently aging on fine lees and is expected to be bottled at the beginning of 2025.
Clear lemon, with slight turbidity. Delicate nose with floral, botanical and mineral impressions. The palate surprises with the contrast between the saline component of the granite, a phenolic touch and the unctuousness of the Malvasia. The finish is intense and persistent, with hints of flowers and ripe citrus fruit.
