Producer
Pedro Pimenta da Silva inherited one of the Douro’s most iconic quintas for Vintage Port production, a vineyard that descends from 300 metres of altitude down to embrace the famed village of Pinhão. This precious estate, dormant for exactly 200 years, once provided grapes and aged wines for some of the finest Ports ever crafted by the great traditional houses. Since 2019, with the help of experienced winemaker Bernardo Cabral, Pedro has worked tirelessly to restore Quinta da Sabordela’s rightful glory — now releasing stunning whites, reds, and Ports. A new legend is born in Pinhão!
