Limestone plays a particularly important role, contributing to the wine's linear structure, vibrant acidity and distinctive saline character.

The 2021 vintage was fermented with indigenous yeasts and underwent a long maceration before ageing for 42 months in large Slavonian oak botti, following the traditional approach that defines the finest Brunello di Montalcino wines.

The aromatic profile is remarkably detailed and expressive, revealing layers of ripe red cherry, rose petals, cola, clove, sweet spices, Mediterranean herbs and wet stone. On the palate, the wine combines the natural generosity of Sangiovese with extraordinary precision and freshness. Refined mineral and saline nuances add complexity and tension, while perfectly integrated tannins provide structure without weight.
