Description

La Loge is a singular Champagne crafted exclusively from Pinot Blanc Vrai, a rare and historical variety in the region, championed by the Gerbais family for generations. Grown on the Kimmeridgian slopes of Celles-sur-Ource, the wine reflects a pure, mineral delicacy shaped by time and terroir.

Composed around a perpetual reserve spanning vintages from 2011 to 2018, it reveals aromas of ripe apple, puff pastry, fresh almond and white flowers. On the palate, it is crystalline, elegant and saline, with a finish of refined precision and natural tension. This is a grower’s Champagne of rare authenticity — vibrant, textural and thought-provoking.
