DESCRIPTION

The second generation of our Reserve Cuvée, sourced from the estate’s finest vineyards in Vidigueira.
A wine that reflects the region’s granitic and limestone terroir, combined with regenerative practices, respectful pruning, minimal intervention in the cellar and night-time manual harvesting.

On the nose, it reveals harmonious layers of wild blackberries, Provençal herbs and liquorice.
The palate is fresh, generous and vibrant, supported by mineral, elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish.

GRAPE VARIETIES & VINEYARD

Grapes: Touriga Franca and Syrah
Location: Cortes de Cima, Vidigueira

Soils:
• 60% decomposed clay (loamy, calcareous and sandy)
• 40% rocky/granitic clay with quartz

Farming: Regenerative agriculture with reduced irrigation
Harvest: Manual, night-time; balanced and cool conditions

WINEMAKING & AGEING

Fermentation: Spontaneous, with 30% whole cluster
Maceration: Two weeks with gentle extraction
Ageing: Used French oak barrels and stainless steel
Bottling: March 2024, unfiltered
