Wine Description
The Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Bondues 2023 is one of the most exuberant and enchanting red wines from Domaine Darviot-Perrin. Originating from a privileged plot of very old vines (in some areas over 70 years old), this cuvée stands out for its fragrant and refined character, with depth of fruit and surprising elegance.
Fermentation was carried out with native yeasts, respecting the natural character of the terroir. Aging in neutral barrels enhances the varietal purity and minerality of the Pinot Noir variety, without the masking of new wood.
