Description

The second generation of a house classic. It expresses freshness and elegance, reflecting a renewed vision of the Alentejo. Produced through organic and regenerative farming practices, with minimal intervention in the winery.


Tasting Notes

Intense aromas of black cherry, dried rose petals, spices and Mediterranean herbs.
On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with elegant, well-balanced tannins.

Harvest Conditions

A winter with good rainfall (555 mm), followed by mild spring and summer conditions, allowing for a balanced harvest with refreshing acidity.


Winemaking

Night-time manual harvest.
Spontaneous fermentation with 30% whole cluster.
Two weeks of maceration with low extraction.


Ageing

Used French oak barrels and stainless steel.


Alcohol

13.5%


Bottling

Spring 2024, unfiltered.
